Terms:  Announcements made at auction take precedence over any printed materials.  There will be a 10% down payment required immediately following the real estate auction with the balance to be paid in 30 days at closing. There are not financing contingencies; any and all inspections will need to be done prior to the sale date.  Property sells AS-IS with no guarantees.

Personal Property:  All payment is due in full on the day of the auction.  All property will be sold AS-IS.  We accept cash, checks or credit cards.  A 5% buyer's premium will be waived for cash or check purchases.
