Terms: We require a non-refundable down payment
of 10% of the purchase price at the close of the auction
with the balance to be paid in full at closing within 30-
45 days. There are no financing contingencies and any
desired inspections must be completed prior to the
auction. Any announcements made on day of auction
take precedence over advertisements.

Tax & Legal: Parcel No. 56-00684.000-Wooster-
Triway Schools. The taxes on this property are
$1016.12 per half year and will be prorated to the day
of closing. The sellers will provide a Fiduciary Deed
with Certificate of title and will offer to split the cost
of an Owner's policy of Title Insurance. Immediate
Possession will be given at closing.
