About Us

Real Estate Showcase was founded in Wooster, Ohio in 1973 by James Lance, Dan Wiles and Willis Miller. Over the years Real Estate Showcase has grown to include offices in Millersburg, Ashland and Loudonville, Ohio with a franchise operation in Mt. Vernon, Ohio. Although ownership has changed hands since 1973, all three of the original owners are still active the real estate business.

The most recent change in ownership occurred in 2008 when Joseph Mast purchased a portion of the company and thus began the formation of Real Estate Showcase & Auction Co. In 2009 Joseph Mast purchased the remaining portion of the company and in 2010, Andy White joined Joseph as co-owner of Real Estate Showcase.

From the beginning, Real Estate Showcase has striven to treat all clients, fellow agents and associates with honesty and integrity by providing "Professional Service ….with Proven Results". With 5 offices in a 4 county area and over 50 agents and auctioneers, Real Estate Showcase has become a recognized leader in the area with a reputation of fulfilling the needs of all of our clients whether buying or selling.

Real Estate Showcase believes that if we take care of our Agents, our Agents will take care of our clients and our clients will take care of business.

Real Estate Showcase offices and our Agents are active in local civic organizations, volunteer and contribute to local charities and work hard to add to the stability of the communities in which they live.
